myGMC App - 😡
I just purchased this 2022 Acadia on Friday. I signed up for the OnStar connect plan for 14.99 a month. It is showing on my account when I login online but not registering in the app to use the remote start features via the app. When trying to use the remote start features I get the following messages. Time is running out your on star trial will expire soon. get two more months on us when you select a plan now This makes no sense why it is saying this when I did sign up for your basic plan. Error Unable to update. Refresh or try again later. Visit the help center for more support. Remote Start Error Unable to start your vehicle please try again later. I have already tried deleting the app, restarting my phone and redownloading the app after 2 to 3 minutes, several times. I have also cleared my phones history and website data. I have new newest version of the GMC app 7.6.0. No idea what to do from here to get this resolved
