We do appreciate your outreach to our team here. To further clarify, are you currently seeing any error codes within the mobile app? With this, an active and applicable OnStar service plan is required to utilize connected vehicle functionality within the mobile app. You can view available plans by visiting https://www.onstar.com/pricing and you can view your enrollments by visiting your GMC Account. We will keep an eye out for your reply in the meantime.
No errors and no updated status on the truck.
I appreciate you providing a link to more services for purchase - the truck came with 8 yrs included- 🤷doesn’t work, why pay for more ?
