My Chevrolet App not updating
I have a 2019 Corvette and like many on this forum I can no longer get the app to show my vehicles current status for mileage, fuel level, oil life percentage. However the map location and remote commands work normally. I have tried deleting the app and reinstall to no avail as well as the refresh procedure. Still shows my vehicle was last connected 9 months ago.

Please send us a private message to OnStar_Support so we can look into this further. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started.

I have had this issue for a year on a 2024 Sierra. I contact Onstar they do something and it will work for two days and then right back to not updating. I have given up and will not renew my subscription. I have waisted way to much time on this app.

We know how frustrating reoccurring concerns can be, Mark. Our team would be glad to escalate this for you. In order to do so, we do need to go through some troubleshooting steps. Were you able to power cycle your Corvette?

As others stated here, I asked for them to escalate the case and they issued a case number. A few days later I received an email to call so pressed the OnStar button and they were able to do something on the back end to resolve it. The app updates correctly after each trip now.
