Climate control on mobile app
Our team here would like to take a further look into any Climate Control concerns on our end. So we may assist to the best of our abilities, please send us additional details related to the myChevrolet mobile app to OnStar_Support. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started.
Why don't your "team" quit ringing us around and just re enable it within the app via update just like you guys did to take it away.... your programmers are clearly smart enough to do so.... Already contacted you guys at on star and so have others and it's always the same annoying answers if your plan was to retain customers for purchasing the remote access plan you're not doing a great job lol only benefit the app has over my key fob was the ability to control the climate everything else can be done with key fob and diagnostics can simply be viewed in the dash for free lol
