Incorrect picture of vehicle on my dash
We realize how this concern with your mobile app not reflecting the correct photo of your vehicle has impacted your experience. So your specialized teams are working on it? Ya right! They have been working on it for months. Maybe the team needs to find someone that knows how to fix it. This is a blow off answer. What ever happened to taking pride on your product? This answer is just not good enough.

Went to my dealer today for oil change and advised them of my wrong picture on my dash. They informed me the OnStar module is starting to fail. It's a known problem and the modules are on back order. Why didn't you explain this issue to me? I have also noticed my remote start is acting up. Also my phone threw blue tooth is acting up.
You people need to get your act together, and stop blowing people off stating you are working on finding a solution!
