Guardian App not Working
Having the same issue. I contacted Onstar and apparently they assigned an escalation for the issue. They say 1-5 days.

Not working yet. Done all the steps from advisor (here and on phone) nothing. Will be contacting support on the phone again and see if they can remove Onstar subscription and re-add to my account. I believe it's not a phone issue, but on their side on their system on some API call not functioning properly.
