Complete scam
So I bought a new to me 2024 GMC Sierra HD Ultimate. It was original sold with 3 years of connected service (I have the window sticker)
Called Onstar yesterday to register it to me. The rep gave me a year of the premium plan. Sweet!
Not so fast. Everything worked for about 2 hours. I called in today to see what gives and the rep tells me they did away with the old plan that I have just been given a year of, and if I want connectivity it's 57 bucks a month! wtf?!
So GM charged the original owner at purchase. And then under the guise of a "new plan" they want to scheme me for 57 bucks a month. On a truck with 100k+ msrp no less. Complete joke!
