On Star keeps says cannot connect right now…
When I push the Blue button it says: Onstar not activated, please press blue button again to activate, I press the blue button again and it says connected to onstar... then it beeps for thirty seconds, then says your call has ended... goodbye.

We would be happy to help get you connected to OnStar services. When pushing your blue OnStar button, is the LED light near the button red or green? A red light may indicate a concern with the OnStar hardware inside your vehicle and require a dealership visit.

Onstar shut down when was taking to the advisor , when I call back begin beeping
