Mobile app message unable to connect…

My Chevy app is not allowing me to start, unlock, etc., but I can use my fob to remotely start etc. I have spoken to several people who had me delete and reinstall the app. Anyone have the same experience?

    by the way it’s a 2017 Silverado HC. It’s been working fine until November.
