Logging in on device

I cannot get the password to work on my IPad

  • To reset your GM Account password, please follow the steps below: 

    1. Visit your GM Account via Chevrolet.com, GMC.com, Buick.com, Cadillac.com or experience.GM.com
    2. Click on the "My Account" Flyout in the upper right-hand corner
    3. Click “Forgot Password”
    4. Type in the email address associated with your GM Account
    5. Select if you would prefer to receive an email or text message
    6. Click “Next” 

    Depending on the contact method you chose, a reset link will be sent to you through email or a code through text message. These will expire after 30 minutes.
