2025 GMC Yukon

Bought my Yukon May 5 2025 brand new less than 25 miles and On star doesn’t work talked to the dealership today and have to make an appointment to have it looked at to see what the problem is. Having problems with the apps and and clock doesn’t work nor does the navigation. Green light is on but get no response from On star. When you pay 80,000 dollars for a vehicle and it relies on a service to make it run is unacceptable. I owned a 2016 Tahoe with no issues or problems. And On star worked. I’m starting to think I may have made a mistake purchasing this vehicle. If the problem can’t be fixed in a timely manner I will ask to be refunded and purchase a different brand. Again this is unacceptable ON A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. GM needs to address the problem and admit that there is a problem and fix the problem.
