Remote climate start often fails in '26 Lyriq
When I use the myCadillac app to try to remote start climate in my car, it usually fails. Other actions often take forever and fail, too. The dealer has looked at it and said to contact OnStar. I previously had a '24 Lyriq and it had the same problems - unreliability of remote actions. It doesn't seem to matter if the car is connected to my home WiFi or if I'm away from that.
Pretty frustrating to not be able to come back to a warm car in our frigid Midwest winters despite having purchased a luxury car. I've been through several support tickets and basically lost faith that GM knows what it's doing.
