App myChevrolet does not work outside of the USA, Canada

Having a problem with myChevrolet app. Bought a Blazer ev really like it. Someone decided that the app can only work with Usa, Canada location. Ok. What is the purpose of this restriction? Right now my car is in another country. Now I can't control the car's charging power. I can't see how many kilometers my car has driven. I put the car on charge and I don't know what level of its charge remotely. My multimedia doesn't synchronize with my smartphone.

How do I find the executives responsible for this app? It's a matter of decision making.
