OnStar Maps WiFi not working
I have a 2022 Silverado. About a week ago, the green light beside my OnStar button went dark. My WiFi no longer receives signal, my maps doesn’t work and when you push the OnStar button nothing happens. I called OnStar and they did a test & said everything was fine but still not working. anyone have the same issue, if so what fixed it? thank you!Diagnostics Report from your Cadillac Lyriq
This is my second diagnostic report and they both show the following in each category. I have no warning lights and everything else is working on the vehicle, including Super Cruise and Surround Vision updates. Hi, it's been since March 2023 that I have a problem in the Chevrolet app with my 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier and there's no support employee that give a f about my problem that is still not resolved today. How can I contact someone high enough to help me? (By email only)
