Vehicle status in myBuick app not updated for 4 weeks

Our team is disappointed to hear that these troubleshooting steps did not resolve these difficulties with getting the most current status updates on your vehicle, Tammy. We will keep an eye out for your response.
I performed all these steps and the app has still not refreshed and is still showing the data from 4 weeks ago. I don’t get an error message of any kind.
