Unable to Reconnect MyGMC app

I too have had ZERO success logging into mygmc app, this getting absolutely NO use whatsoever from it since November 2024!! Same exact problem as others, signing only for it to error out and read Service not available contact a service representative for assistance.
I've installed, uninstalled, cleaned cache, wiped data, tried older versions of the mygmc app, installed the my Cadillac app (as I also have an XT5 and getting ZERO use out of it as well!! SAME ISSUE, SAME ERROR MESSAGE/RESULTS. GM/ONSTAR has a very low poor confidence feeling with me. I'm about DONE and TIRED of paying for NOTHING!!!!!
