Remote start not working from My Chevrolet App
Every time i try to start my vehicle from my app it tell me "failed to connect to server". I have unistalled and reinstalled app multiple times and still nothing. Any solutions?

Please know, you can look up command history in your mobile app for specific failure details & resolution. With this, command history is cleared during an uninstall/reinstall or after a cache clear. To start, please see the steps below:
- From the Home Page, select the home menu anchor
- Scroll down and select “Settings”
- Select “Command History”
- You will see the command type, time, date, and if result (Check Mark=Success; Exclamation Point inside a Triangle=Fail). Select the arrow symbol ">" to show failure details for that specific remote command attempt
- See details on why the command failed and follow steps to fix the problem
- You can follow resolution steps outlined and re-test the desired remote command
