myChevrolet app Wi-Fi Hotspot

Does anyone else have issues with viewing and/or trying to change the "Wi-Fi Hotspot" in the myChevrolet app?  ie. From the "More > Wi-Fi Hotspot" menu selection.  This does not work for either our 2019 Equinox or 2023 Trailblazer.  I either get nothing listed for the SSID and Password or I get bogus information.
