myChevrolet App and Online (chevrolet.com) App Issues
Longtime continuing issues with myChevrolet app:
1. Controls > Vehicle Settings > Media > My Radio Favorites:
- Adding a "Favorite" from the app, clears settings in the vehicle. ie. Changes ALL favorite station settings from edited text back to station numbers. LONG TIME ISSUE. I have submitted MANY cases!!!
Longtime continuing issues with myChevorlet app AND online (chevrolet.com) app:
- Wi-Fi Hotspot data very inconsistent. WiFi Hotspot works just fine in our vehicles. Data in mobile and online apps are VERY inconsistent.
