Similar issue here - 2024 Equinox EV 3RS - app won’t update vehicle charging status details unless I fully log out and log back in. For an app that’s supposed to add convenience, this isn’t convenient at all.

We understand the importance of reliability, and would like to help to the best of our abilities. To further clarify, have you ensured you have the latest version of the mobile app downloaded? Additionally, do you currently have “Power Saving Mode/Low Power Mode" enabled on your device? Power saving mode may disable/delay certain app permissions and functions from working properly to conserve battery. With this, we will keep an eye out for your reply.
