My GMC App

My GMC app has not worked for a week since I purchased the vehicle. I have done all of the reset steps and have uninstalled and reinstalled the application at least five times now. I have logged out, logged back in and nothing. I have heard having a signal sent to my vehicle will fix the issue. Can you please send a signal to my vehicle. Thank you.

  • Update: Called OnStar and got a very helpful response from connected services. They sent a refresh signal and the app is now updating.

    Yea on mine I have been battling this for over a year. They send a refresh and mine will work until I turn the truck off. There last answer was take it to the dealership.
