Our team recognizes how important these aspects of the app are to your entire OnStar experience and wants to assist with ensuring that they're appropriately addressed and resolved for you. We appreciate you sharing the steps that you've already taken as this assists us in determining our next best steps.
Before we continue, it is important to ensure that all app permissions are enabled both on your device and in the vehicle. Additionally, clearing your device cache may assist with resolving any possible app errors. Our team has attached the instructions for completing this step below. If you should continue to encounter difficulties after completing these steps and retesting, we kindly ask that you send us a private message to continue addressing this matter together. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started. When creating a new message, please be sure to enter Advisor_Jack to get connected directly to me.
- iOS: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Select the mobile app > Offload App > then tap Delete App on the same page > Open App Store > Search the mobile App > tap Get and install
- Android: Settings > Apps > Select the mobile App > Storage > tap Clear Cache, and Clear Data > tap the back arrow in top left corner > hit Uninstall > go to Play Store > Search the mobile app > Install

Another problem is that the EV Battery status on the app will not update between charges. So if it shows 75km range when charging is complete, after I drive using most of the range the app will still show 75km range until the next recharge is complete

A great improvement to this app would be to replace the oil life graphic in "Vehicle Status" with the "EV Battery Life" Oil is changed only once per year and doesn't need daily updates. Please pass this suggestion on to the mychevrolet app developers

Mychevrolet app will not update the EV and Gas range on my phone. For the last 7 days it has been stuck at 75km EV and 279km gas anytime in the day and after recharge. This app used to be much better before it was changed. I wish I could download the old version again or have someone fix it properly. What suggestions can you make
