I am trying to solve the Status Not Updating problem on MyChevrolet App. More clues...maybe
So, in my 2025 Chevy Equinox, one the options in the Settings->Connections menu is the "Vehicle-to-Phone Sharing". pic 1 below. If I click on it, my phone (nicknamed Paul's S10) is not listed. But also look at the description for what this setting does. (see pic 2). It looks like it is a must have in order for the Status info to be shared with my phone/MyChevrolet App. However, no where can I find instructions or help for getting my phone set up for this. My phone has always been setup as a trusted device, (see pic 3), so there must be something more that has to be done.
Ok, Advisor Jack and Helen, take it away. Please consult your technical team. Please, please don't repeat to me instructions to de-install, reinstall the app, start and stop car, etc
