2025 Equinox: Remote Start Not Activating Climate Control

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. I haven’t encountered any diagnostic error codes in the app, and I’m running the latest version of the Chevy app. Please see the attached image from my app screen after remote starting. Notably, there used to be a feature that allowed me to change the cabin temperature, but it appears to be missing now. Could you please look into this issue?

At this time, our team would recommend following the instructions that we've provided below to access the climate control features for your 2025 Chevrolet Equinox within your app. If you should continue to encounter difficulties while completing these steps, please send us a private message, so we can look into this further. - In the myChevrolet app, select the Controls tab on the home screen.
- Scroll down to the Vehicle Settings section, which will display all available Remote Personalization Settings. Select the preferred Setting to display specific features within each Setting.
- Select the Climate tab.
