What does "WiFi Connected" really mean?
I don't have a paid data plan, but even so, when I have my phone on me and I turn the car on, the car's screen says "WiFi connected." If I don't have a paid data plan, what is the wifi connected to??? (I do have OnStar Essentials.)
Thank you for sharing your experience. The Essentials Plan does not include Data that would allow for 4G LTE In-Vehicle WI-FI.
