No connection to the my Chevy app
I just had the ONSTAR module replaced because the navigation and other features were not working. Everything works fine now except that the myChevrolet app will not connect with the vehicle for remote start and other features. The navigation and the other features that were not working prior to the module replacement are working now. I have reinstalled the app and logged in but still doesn’t work. My vehicle status, i.e. tire pressure, fuel level, miles, trip info, etc., has not updated in over 3 weeks. I've deleted/reinstalled the app, had a new signal sent, all of the things I've been recommended to try. None of these have worked. Please help!Mychevrolet app not working.
I have encountered this issue with others in the organization as well. After attempting various troubleshooting steps, none have proven effective. When i purchased my truck a few weeks ago (2025 Silverado 1500 RST) I was able to set my climate temperature remotely from the app but it disappeared within the last week and there seems to be no resolution? I have followed the troubleshooting steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the app logging out, logging back in resetting the infotainment head unit. Everything else seems to be working as it should except that feature now instead of showing the option to set temperature. It just shows me a timer until my truck shuts off after remote starting.My Chevy App won't update charge history
I can't get the Chevy app to update charge history. It shows me a log entry from last Friday and won't show me any of my weekend charging. Is there a third party app we can use that actually works and tracks charging? My car is brand new and only a week old but I can't track my charge history.App is not updating
My app hasn’t updated for 2 days now. It hasn’t changed the fuel level, miles, and tire pressure levels. Only thing working is my remote start and locking and unlocking of doors. I have already restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, logged out and logged in, checked to see if my phone needed an update, and checked to make sure my onstar account was still active. My Chevy app commands do not work. I have a 2026 Chevy Traverse LT. I have live chatted customer service and have done all the necessary reinstallation’s and deletions. I have done any sort of trouble shooting they have told me to do and nothing. I have even called and still nothing. Every time I try to send a command it takes a while to send then ultimately fails and says “Failed to reach traverse”. It has been happening ever since the purchase of the vehicle.
