My Cadillac App Vehicle Status Not Updating
I have a 2023 Cadillac Escalade. My Cadillac App in not updating the status of my vehicle and has been out of sync for months. The last status update was at 10, 326 miles and I currently have over 13,000 miles on the vehicle. I have reinstalled the app several times. The mileage, gas, oil, tire pressure all not updating.App download & Mobile app
my 2017 Cadillac XTS luxury I’ve had caddy for four months and I still can’t activate my apps on my Q system and OnStar. I’ve called them five times and I always get support. They say that my plan activated I do connect to the hotspot but I can’t connect to sign in it keeps saying error no service so, I spoke to tier 3 and said can’t access sign in to account told her just bought car. She’s said that it wasn’t active on there end sign privacy report reset system Cue system I’m connected to car WiFi and on star but not activation on there end says going to report it to the higher up says 3to5 days it’s been 3weeks my mobile app shows I’ve got to set up on star even though I’ve got service The app is horrible. They can’t figure out what the deal is. I went to tier 4 support my and restart it and reset system and app 4times Tseal connected and then they see that app’s not connected so please help me tell me what to doMyCadillac app won't open after it's been closed
Once I open the MyCadillac app and then close it, it will not open again unless I go into the "App Info" screen and "Force Stop" the app. The is on a Samsung phone. I know of at least one other person that is having this same issue. My car in an Escalade IQ and his is a Lyriq.2025 Cadillac Lyric App is soooo slow.
As a long time Tesla owner as well, one of my most used features is “dog mode.” I bring my Pomsky everywhere with me and I’ve come to rely on Teslas dog mode which keeps the climate on for my furry friend and after 7 years (knock on wood) it’s never failed me (or my pup I should say). When I purchased the Lyriq, I was told that although it didn’t have ‘dog mode’ it does have a feature that allows you to keep the climate on. While this is true, if I leave my dog in the Tesla, I can check my app as often as I like to ensure dog mode is still on, what the temperature is in the car, and even allows me to view the interior camera to check on him in real time. While I never expected to get ALL the same features with the Lyriq, at minimum I would like to be able to check my app and know that the climate is still active. The delay between the app and connecting to the car is too long. To my knowledge, both apps connect to their respective vehicles via bluetooth- so why the delay? Does Tesla have a stronger signal? A bluer blue? A sharper tooth? Will Cadillac look to improve the user experience in the coming software updates? Please help me and my friend to be safe! Thank you!
