Onstar credit card problems
Hello, August 2020 my credit card exp date was changed. Every month OnStar tells me my payment has a problem. Every month, with gradually increasing frustration, I call and discuss this with an onstar representative. Every month I am told it will never happen again and how sorry they are.. And here we are in March and a new OnStar message arrived to tell me all the wonderful services I will loose without payment. Can GM properly update their credit card processing system like every other of my vendors managed to do last September?? Hi I recently purchased a new Buick 2022 last month and now that my trial period is up in 2 days for OnStar I would like to change my plan from premium to a slightly lesser plan before I am charged for the first month. I can't seem to find any information on how to do that or how to turn off automatic payments so I don't get charged $50 that I don't want to spend!
