Diagnostics Report from your Cadillac Lyriq
This is my second diagnostic report and they both show the following in each category. I have no warning lights and everything else is working on the vehicle, including Super Cruise and Surround Vision updates. Lithium-Ion Battery We were unable to successfully complete a diagnostic test. This issue may be caused by an aftermarket device plugged into your vehicle's diagnostic port. If an indicator light is lit on your dashboard, schedule a service visit with your Dealer soon. Antilock Braking System We were unable to successfully complete a diagnostic test. StabiliTrak® Stability Control System We were unable to successfully complete a diagnostic test. This issue may be caused by an aftermarket device plugged into your vehicle's diagnostic port. MyCadillac Lyriqs charge status will not show in the app. I have full access to all of the other functions such as remote start, temperature control and can view tire pressure. However, the main thing i need for an electric car, is to see my Charge Status. I’ve gone through several tiers of MyAp support, however, Tier 3 has never contacted me and I’ve taken it to the dealer with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve already uninstalled, reinstalled, used my iPad, wife’s phone and etcetera. Thank you.92KViews5likes29Comments
