OnStar Maps WiFi not working
I have a 2022 Silverado. About a week ago, the green light beside my OnStar button went dark. My WiFi no longer receives signal, my maps doesn’t work and when you push the OnStar button nothing happens. I called OnStar and they did a test & said everything was fine but still not working. anyone have the same issue, if so what fixed it? thank you!OnStar support doesn't give a F about my problem.
Hi, it's been since March 2023 that I have a problem in the Chevrolet app with my 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier and there's no support employee that give a f about my problem that is still not resolved today. This is my second diagnostic report and they both show the following in each category. I have no warning lights and everything else is working on the vehicle, including Super Cruise and Surround Vision updates.
