myChevy app climate and driver preferences
I just got a 2024 Chevy Blazer and full onstar subscription and the only thing not working is the climate preferences and driver preferences. I reinstalled the app 4 times sat in my vehicle an...

On star called me and had me log in to the radio not the app on the screen but the Radio itself. I used my OnStar username and password. Once I did that the chevy app Preferences were visible and can edit the settings.
Hi - thanks for the reply and suggestion.
Pretty sure I’m already logged into the radio in the vehicle, but I’ll play around with it to see if logging out and back in does anything.
Nit sure what the difference between logging into the “radio” and some app on the radio is, but, I’ll play with it.
