Mobile app- vehicle status
MyGMC app will not update vehicle status. I've tried uninstalling, log out/back in, granted all app permissions, clear cache, restart phone, Still nothing. Seems to happen about 2 months ago with the update at that time. Since then nothing seems to reconnect the vehicle. All other controls work. How do I reconnect this vehicle status part of the app?49Views0likes3CommentsClimate control removed from app?!
When i purchased my truck a few weeks ago (2025 Silverado 1500 RST) I was able to set my climate temperature remotely from the app but it disappeared within the last week and there seems to be no resolution? I have followed the troubleshooting steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the app logging out, logging back in resetting the infotainment head unit. Everything else seems to be working as it should except that feature now instead of showing the option to set temperature. It just shows me a timer until my truck shuts off after remote starting.789Views1like18CommentsMy Cadillac App Vehicle Status Not Updating

I have a 2025 Sierra Elevation. When I got it in April, remote temperature control was available in the app. Now it's gone. I have had a ticket 68838346 open with support since 6/17. After gathering information via email, I was told a support engineer would be in touch via phone. I have heard crickets since. I have followed up via email several times with no response. Can I get some help here please?117Views1like4CommentsMyChevrolet App Vehicle Status/Info Not Updating
My vehicle status, i.e. tire pressure, fuel level, miles, trip info, etc., has not updated in over 3 weeks. I've deleted/reinstalled the app, had a new signal sent, all of the things I've been recommended to try. None of these have worked. Please help!15KViews5likes101CommentsMy GMC app isn't working after last update 18/2/2025
My GMC app isn't working after last update 18/2/2025, so after you open the app the sign in shows up and i put on my credentials and then the app keep loading for ever and never complete or open. So i had to use the other app My Chevrolet app and that works fine and i can access my cars through it. so am wondering what is the issue i tried everything such as restarting my phone, close all apps and un-install "My GMC app" and re-install it and still same issue.548Views2likes3Comments2025 Cadillac Lyric App is soooo slow.
As a long time Tesla owner as well, one of my most used features is “dog mode.” I bring my Pomsky everywhere with me and I’ve come to rely on Teslas dog mode which keeps the climate on for my furry friend and after 7 years (knock on wood) it’s never failed me (or my pup I should say). When I purchased the Lyriq, I was told that although it didn’t have ‘dog mode’ it does have a feature that allows you to keep the climate on. While this is true, if I leave my dog in the Tesla, I can check my app as often as I like to ensure dog mode is still on, what the temperature is in the car, and even allows me to view the interior camera to check on him in real time. While I never expected to get ALL the same features with the Lyriq, at minimum I would like to be able to check my app and know that the climate is still active. The delay between the app and connecting to the car is too long. To my knowledge, both apps connect to their respective vehicles via bluetooth- so why the delay? Does Tesla have a stronger signal? A bluer blue? A sharper tooth? Will Cadillac look to improve the user experience in the coming software updates? Please help me and my friend to be safe! Thank you!29Views0likes1CommentMyGMC app not updating vehicle status since OnStar had to refresh my wifi signal a week ago.
I have a 2024 Sierra 1500 and my vehicle status has not changed since OnStar had to refresh my wifi signal in my truck 7 days ago. I don't know if there are any similarities but the vehicle stopped updating after the refresh. I have already done the power cycle of the truck (run for 2 minutes...off for at least 2 min...sign out of the MyGMC app and back in...have also uninstalled and reinstalled several times). I also have another vehicle in the app and it is updating just fine. The link seems to be the truck but not sure.13KViews6likes73Comments
