I have a 2023 Equinox, and my vehicle status won't update in the app. It said it hasn't connected to my vehicle in 2 weeks, which is crazy, because I've driven it practically every day. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and logging back in, power cycling my vehicle afterward, but it still won't update. Remote start still works, but my stats won't update. The only thing that has changed is I renewed my onstar subscription for a year around the time of the last update. Surely that didn't affect anything? I see this is a rather common occurrence. Perhaps Chevy/onstar should figure out a fix for what it clearly a glitch in the system.

I have this same problem on a new 2025 Equinox. The status values for tire pressure, miles driven, fuel level, etc stopped being updated after one day. All I keep being told to do is trying logging in and out of the app, uninstalling the app and then reinstalling. Nothing changes. There are so many others having this issue, I do not understand why a solution is not known. Or at least OnStar would tell us there is a known issue that they are working on it, instead of wasting everyone's time with endless app reinstalls and logging in and out.
