Remote start stopping after 5 minutes when using the mobile app
Hello,
Owner of an Equinox EV 2025. Last visit at the dealer they did a BMC update on my car to fix some issues. Since the update, whenever I remote start my equinox EV with the mychevrolet app (on Android), the car shuts down after 5 minutes. I see the car being started, lights come on etc, but suddenly, the car stops. Tried with the keyfob and it work flawlessly... Car stays on for 1hour...
