OnStar/Mobile App (ie. myChevrolet) Open Case Documentation

I have a suggestion.  Why don't you post customers open issue/problem cases in their respective online GM accounts that they use for their OnStar/Mobile App. ie. (my.chevrolet.com)  ie. Customers could log into their account and see the progress for resolutions for each of their case issues.  The customer could also post updates to report to Technical Support any changes they see in their issues.  This would allow your various Technical Support groups to post information in one place.
