Such a disappointment. I traded my BMW x6 for a 2025 Hummer EV 3x. I never thought the App experience on an EV would be so poor. Nothing refreshes unless you log out/in. Went through an hour of troubleshooting with App Support, and after nothing worked they said “something must be going on with the system since a lot of people have been calling with the same complaint”. It looks like this problem has been happening for MANY owners for years.
I can’t see when the car is charging, it’s progress, I can’t set a location, everything is painfully slow and it doesn’t matter if I wait days!! The manual refresh button doesn’t work and I have to walk out to the truck to see how it’s doing.
The whole Google/Android interface is painfully slow in the vehicle. Doesn’t feel like a 100k+ experience and I’m having serious buyers remorse coming from BMW and Mercedes. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a GMC again when I’m done with this one.
