Hi,
It's been a few weeks now that I can't see my charging status.
I log in to Chevrolet app. Then I click "Vehicle status" button. The next screen says:
Service is not currently available. Service will resume shortly.
I have an active onstar "connected services" plan that came with the car (2018 Chevy volt).
Help please! Why is onstar/the app not working and not showing my charging status?

If you're having trouble viewing your Vehicle Status information within the app, we recommend uninstalling then reinstalling your app as an initial troubleshooting step. If this doesn't work for you, please perform a Power Cycle by following the steps below:
Turn ignition on for at least 2 minutes
Turn ignition off and wait 2-5 minutes (so data can be collected)
Once you've completed the Power Cycle, perform a re-test and see if Vehicle Status is updated. If you continue to have issues, please send an email to socialmedia@gm.com and we ask that you have your subject line as ‘ATTN: OnStar Community/Kk’ so we can reference back to this post.

Advisor_Makayla, why don't you just tell him he's being sunsetted on 2G an 3G and the services are gone.
