App download

I can't download the app for mycheverlot /OnStar app. The message I get is "Your device is not compatible " Is there another way I can use the app?

As of the latest version, the Mobile App no longer supports Apple operating systems lower than version 14 and Android operating systems lower than version 10. We apologize for any inconvenience. To further clarify, no previous versions of the mobile app can be downloaded. With this, if you have any additional questions, kindly let us know moving forward.
