2024 GMC Acadia APP Vehicle Status not refreshing
Just took delivery of my 2024 GMC Acadia 3 days ago and the vehicle status had remained locked as of that day with zero refresh of the fuel levels, oil consumption, mileage etc. The start functionality works but no status.
I have completed all the steps suggested in other posts with the same issues as well as installing and reinstalled the application on the phone, clearing cache etc and the same results. Please provide any assistance to this nuisance.

We do appreciate you providing the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. To further clarify, have you attempted a Power Cycle to update your Vehicle Status? If so, kindly let us know. We would like the opportunity to take a further look into things on our end and assist to the best of our abilities with any available updates.

I have power cycled the vehicle numerous times, installed, reinstalled the app. Cleared the cache, the data. I have also spoke with an onstar representative on the phone that advised the same. Zero Solution at this point and the same condition. Car has still not refreshed status since taking delivery.
