OnStar Web Service (my.chevrolet.com) Is Having Issues
It appears OnStar/my.chevrolet .com is having issues. It does not give me any of my Plan information for either of our vehicles. When is this going to be restored?

So we can better understand, could you please reach out to us via email at socialmedia@gm.com with some screenshots of what you're seeing when logging into your Chevrolet Account? Be sure to include "ATTN: OnStar Community/ljschoepke" in the subject line. We'll keep an eye out for your message.
