On Star module

I have a 2023 Cadillac XT6. My onstar, navigation, hands free phone, gps all stopped working in December. I took my car into dealer who said I need a new on star module but they are on back order and there is no date for the part to arrive. Coming up on 3 months now. Dealer should have to sell cars with a disclaimer, that they can sell cars but not repair them.
