Using the MYCHEV app to activate the use of Tesla Superchargers, I receive the following message:`Unable to load activation page.
To activate your public charging service, please call EV Concierge at 1-833-647-6937` and they have not been helpful.
Any suggestions?

I finally was able to speak with an EV Concierge person and they said that only the account owner, not the family member can Activate the Tesla Supercharger Network. This means that the family member or members can not start a charging session for the Bolt EV at a Tesla Supercharger. Not very friendly or good for business.
Any comments?
