Infotainment Profile and Preferences

I have discovered what is causing this.  I removed ALL of the Favorite radio stations from the User account in our Equinox and from the myChevrolet app.  I can then add 1 then 2 Favorites successfully in the Equinox and they also sync to the myChevrolet app successfully. It's when I add the 3rd Favorite radio station that the Audio/radio stations quite working.  I have to remove ALL of the Favorites on the Equinox to restore the Audio/radio stations.  I also manually remove ALL the Favorites from the myChevrolet app as I don't want them to sync back to the Equinox.  I have repeated this whole process and the failure occurred again.  I have reported this to OnStar Technical Support and waiting for an answer for a fix.
