I want to cancel my membership subscription

    While we would hate to see you leave the OnStar family, the only way to cancel your OnStar service is by speaking with an Advisor. This can be done by calling 1-(888)-4ONSTAR (1-888-466-7827), pushing your blue OnStar button, or by emailing socialmedia@gm.com. They can also assist with finding the best plan for your lifestyle or with reviewing any special offers available on your account.

You can also push your blue OnStar button or dial 1-888-466-7827 to speak with a live Advisor.
