Biometric sign in has become the primary log in method for the mobile app, which improves sign in success rate and reduces user error, while aligning with other best in class apps (fingerprint/face ID login easier, eliminates need to enter a PIN before executing vehicle commands and protects against unauthorized access). Members who do not choose to enable biometrics will need to either manually enter their password every session, or use their OS password manager.
