Driver assist feature not working AGAIN!
I’ve had my 2024 GMC Denali for 18 months and the driver assist failure has been a continuous issue. Plus it takes a month to get an appointment so that the appropriate technician can look at. It doesn’t even make it to oil service interval before it fails again. I’ve spent WAY too much money for a continuing problem!Error message in DIC shows "Service Driver Assist System"
Purchased a New 2024 CT4. Super Cruise & Lane Keep do not work. Called OnStar and they confirmed my account active and the highways were Super Cruise compatible. Set adaptive cruise and then Super cruise button but no white steering wheel icon appears. The DIC shows "Service Driver Assist System" at start-up.SuperCruise stpped functioning in San Diego
In Jan, 2024, I purchased & picked up my 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2, I drove it from Calabassas to San Diego "hands-free" on I-5 freeway. As I live directly off the I-5 freeway, I was frequently using SuperCruise on the highway. But 2 months ago, I would no lomger engage. I thought it might be temporary, but it is not. SuperCruise no longer works in San Diego, CA. Mu SC plan says it is valid through 2026. But each time i engage on the steering whell - a message comes on the main screeen "Super Cruise needs to be activated". Nothing to activate on the MyCaddy App - it says my plan is active thru 2026. Nothing on the GM website (just very basic info). Any suggestions??2021 Escalade ESV with super cruise upgrade to towing/ lane change/map update
The press release for the trailering/towing upgrade states 2021 Escalades are eligible yet I have never received an option to upgrade. How can I determine if my Escalade is eligible? Also I subscribe to Super cruise services via OnStar, There is no qualifications listed in the plan that limits map updates. How do I know that my Escalade map has been upgraded to reflect the “400,000” mile coverage? Is there a version number?Super Cruise Doesn't work
I have a 2023 Yukon Denali with Super Cruise and hasn't worked from day one and drive every day on mapped roads around Michigan. Screen Icon never comes on as available and when I push the super cruise button just says unavailable. no other messages like in owners manual come up ever (road not compatible, Cameras not working, etc..) so far its been a very expensive useless option on my new Denali. Area of road that should be covered by super cruise not working. I drive on main roads a lot, and there is a particular stretch of I-94 in central MN that is not working. Other roads in the area are and I believe there to be something wrong with the super cruise map. Calling OnStar has had less than desirable results with ranging from being transferred 5+ times to being transferred to a disconnected number. My last call was supposedly able to run some diagnostics but found no issues. Below is a map of the area I'm discussing, and the green highlighted roads should be working, I've driven on almost all the other highlighted green roads on this map, but it seems like when I get to mile 213 on I-94 driving south (or reverse coming back the other way) it simply says no road information available.
