MyChevrolet Status not Updating
My 2024 Suburban is not updating after the newest update. It’s been 30 days since its sync’d. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Signed in and not as well as doing the steps below. Nothing has worked. Turn ignition on for at least 2 minutes Turn ignition off and wait 2-5 minutes (so data can be collected) Log out of the myChevrolet app and log back in - this may help the app refresh If the concern is still not resolved, please wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the app again, as the status can take a few minutes to update Drive the vehicle around for a few minutes to allow data to refresh on the app0likes0CommentsMyGMC Trailer Light Test
My GMC trailer light test functionality appears to have been removed or lost in the most recent update of the app - March 2025. I use this feature frequently. I called OnStar support today 3/9/2025 and they seemed confused regarding this trailer light testing feature. How do I get this trailer light test functionality restored in the app?4likes25CommentsMyChevrolet App Vehicle Status/Info Not Updating
My vehicle status, i.e. tire pressure, fuel level, miles, trip info, etc., has not updated in over 3 weeks. I've deleted/reinstalled the app, had a new signal sent, all of the things I've been recommended to try. None of these have worked. Please help!2likes26Comments2024 GMC 2500 status
My GMC app vehicle status hasn't updated in 29 days. The remote commands work etc. The fuel level, tire pressure etc will not update. I have two vehicles on my app and the second one works just fine. Several attempts of un installing the app signing out etc start and stop vehicle, called onstar advisor and no update. I even tried a different phone so it seems to be on GMs side.0likes0CommentsMyBuick app wrong
I have several warning lights on in my brand new 2025 Buick Enclave. The ABS, Brake ,traction control etc. the app is showing all of those systems are good to go. While my vehicle sits at the dealership waiting on parts because there is a major issue. So don’t rely on the app to let you know you have an issue.0likes1CommentEV features removed from app
I have a 2015 Volt and myChevrolet app no longer shows EV detail on the app. This includes charging status, range, charging options, etc. Also, the "vehicle status" detail that is shown is from 16 months ago (Dec 2023). All of this functionality worked fine a few days ago. I loaded and reloaded the app on multiple devices and they are all the same.3likes24CommentsMyChevrolet app updated now. Thanks
Just wanted to share that the latest MyChevrolet app update finally rolled out for me, and everything seems to be running smoother. The UI feels a bit more responsive, remote start and lock commands are quicker, and I haven’t run into any connection issues so far. It’s always a bit of a gamble with app updates, but this one seems to have ironed out some of the small annoyances I was seeing before. Appreciate the posts here that flagged the rollout—I knew what to expect. That said, I’ve been spending more time lately managing different car and tech systems, and it's easy to get mentally drained with all the apps and features to keep track of. I’ve started building a small routine to stay focused, especially during longer setups or troubleshooting sessions. Functional blends and low-key edibles have actually helped me stay clear-headed without overdoing it. I found a few solid options that work for me over at area52.com, in case anyone else is looking for ways to stay sharp during those longer tech days.0likes1Comment
