Location Alerts Stopped Working After Renewing OnStar Plan
I have a 2017 Buick Encore. The location alerts had worked without fail for as long as I can remember. That stopped a couple of months ago, around the same time that I renwed my OnStar plan. The plan I had was no longer offered so I selected OnStar Connect. Ever since, no alerts. I have checked that notifications are on, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have 5 locations listed for alerts. I cannot get alerts to work. Location is working in the app. I can pull up the map and see my car and my phone locations. Any suggestions?App is not updating
My app hasn’t updated for 2 days now. It hasn’t changed the fuel level, miles, and tire pressure levels. Only thing working is my remote start and locking and unlocking of doors. I have already restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, logged out and logged in, checked to see if my phone needed an update, and checked to make sure my onstar account was still active. What is going wrong with the app connecting to my vehicle????Climate Control Feature - 2025 GMC Sierra 1500
Hey everyone, Looking to see if anyone else is running into this. I have a 2025 GMC Sierra, and for the past few months my myGMC app no longer shows the climate control option. I used to be able to pre-heat/cool the truck remotely with no issues, and then the feature just disappeared one day. It hasn’t come back since. I contacted OnStar online support, but they weren’t any help—they just gave generic troubleshooting steps that didn’t fix anything. Has anyone else had this happen? Did you find a workaround or get it restored somehow? Appreciate any insight.MyGMC app won't send remote commands
My app is working except it will not send remote commands. When I select lock, unlock or remote start it just says sending for a while and then I get an error message telling me "Unable to reach Sierra 2500HS. Use key to start manually and restore connection." I have reached out to Onstar and GM support multiple times with no resolution. Onstar is supposedly linked to my GM account and all looks fine but OnStar cannnot reach my vehicle. My Onstar button will let me call Onstar just find. HELP!!Climate control from app
I have a 2025 GMC 1500 Sierra Denial Ultimate and I not sure why I can not control climate controls from my app, I have installed the app updated the app signed back in and still no climate controls on the phone , I have read on here that it was taking off when Google was put in the software but I also read on here that GM fixed that and now it works but I cannot see it on my app so not sure what Im not doing right or what's happening and suggestions?
