Chevy app doesn’t connect to truck?
This is by far the worst system I have ever dealt with. I purchased a Silverado EV about 45 days ago and have spent over 20 hours on the phone trying to resolve app issues. No one seems to know what’s happening. From Level 1 to Level 2 and even the so-called highest-level technicians, all I got was generic advice. Other than rebooting the app and reinstalling it, no real solutions were offered. I paid around $100,000 for this truck, and after nearly two months, nothing is working as it should. On top of that, there’s a $42 monthly fee (plus tax) for these services. It’s absolutely shameful to provide such poor support for a premium vehicle.Introducing Myself
Hello everyone. I am the proud owner of the 2023 Bolt EUV, Premier, Redline Edition - White. Love this car. It is the best car I have ever owned and that is after almost 50 years of car ownership. I am an EV influencer on YouTube (Jim's EV Adventures). My wife also drives an EV. We are a 100 percent EV family and we will never look back at the Internal Combustion Engine. The EV is more fun, more economical, and more environmentally friendly. Those are three of the thousands of reasons to own and electric car! I will see you all out there, or somewhere along the route from Point A to Point B. Take it easy!
