Buick, Maps+ Won't Connect
I have been having issues getting Maps+ to connect to My 21 Buick Enclave. A tech support ticket initiated a week ago with escalation has produced no results. A representative actually emailed me to tell me my issue was resolved. Very Presumptive of her, as well as incorrect. I asked yesterday that a supervisor reach out after dealing with a support rep over the weekend that sounded as if I had woke her up. Pretty convinced that no one is working my issue. Anyone else having Maps+ connection issues?
