OnStar must do something about this. I do not know how many more claim or cases need there to be, but you I have already notice a trend with this same issue and needs to be address as it is not a one in a million I bet. I have been paying for a service and internet for several months without any clue that this was not working. As an LEO I only use my truck when off work or on weekends as I drive a government vehicle. It was until I wanted to use the service, that I notice it did not work. Now my 22' Silverado has a module that does not work. Either recall them, or extend some warranty on these vehicles because it is unfair.
